In the summer of 2012 African Australian actor Pacharo Mzembe suspended his young acting career to embark on a staggering 4189km run across Australia. Inspired by his freedom fighting father & sacrifices made by his resilient mother, he set out to highlight the importance of EDUCATION. Self-funded & engineered on a shoe string budget, the then 24 year old had inadvertently placed his friends, older brother & himself in the greatest challenge of their young lives. Surviving the Australian desert!! OSAOPA - which translates to DO NOT BE AFRAID, is the dynamic exploration of purpose, sacrifice & fear answering why the young actor made such a stand & risked it all to be heard!
